Return and Exchange policy for US customers
- Each customer has the right to return or exchange an item within 30 days from the day of purchase. All returns or exchange requests can be done directly from your profile or through the Contact Form located on our website. If you have questions, please contact us at [email protected]
- You can return an item if the item is damaged, has missing part or received a wrong item or wrong color.
- Return item request need to have attached original receipt for prove of purchase with your name, order number and your preferred way for contact- email address or phone number. If you are exchanging, please mark the item and size you wish to exchange with.
- To be eligible for a refund all items must be in their original, undamaged condition, unworn with all tags and labels attached.
- We will initiate a refund once your items are received and inspected. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment. Most refunds are processed within 5 -10 business days.
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size or different product altogether we will be happy to help! You can exchange for the same item model (different size, color etc.) or exchange for a different item for the same value or higher, as the customer pays the price difference.
- You will be responsible for all shipping cost of all returned items.
- If 30 days have passed since delivery date of the order, we cannot offer you refund or exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not comply with our return policy.
