Is it necessary to have an account to make a purchase?

How do I receive a successful order confirmation?

• After finalizing the order, you will automatically receive an email confirming the purchase. It contains the order number that you can use to track its status.

How will I receive the products and how much does the delivery cost?

• For Bulgaria: on the day of delivery you will receive an SMS with confirmation, which contains the shipment number, as well as the name and phone number of the courier. Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped the next business day.

Can I cancel the order?

Can I return a product?

• According to our “Return Policy”, everyone has the right to return a product or report a non-conformity within 14 / fourteen / days from the date of receipt.
