Is it necessary to have an account to make a purchase?

It’s possible to make a purchase as a guest, but we recommend creating an account, which gives you additional features.
What are the payment methods?

You can pay via credit/debit card in the checkout section.
How do I receive a successful order confirmation?

After finalizing the order, you will automatically receive an email confirming the purchase. It contains the order number that you can use to track its status.
How will I receive the products and how much does the delivery cost?

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver our orders. Delivery cost is $6.12 per order. Orders over $150 are free of shipping charges.
Can I cancel the order?

You can cancel an order by emailing a request to [email protected] prior it dispatching via courier or afterward.

Can I return a product?

According to our “Return Policy”, everyone has the right to return a product within 30 days.

In order for the return to be possible, the product must be accompanied by its original packaging, all labels, and (or stickers, a copy/original of the invoice or the receipt; the product has not been used).
How to return a product?

Send an email to [email protected], which contains the order number and the products you want to return. You will receive an answer with instructions on how to proceed.
Who pays the return costs?

All return costs are paid by the customer.
When will my sum be refunded?

After we receive the returned product, the sum will be refunded.
