Is it necessary to have an account to make a purchase?

  • It’s possible to make a purchase as a guest, but we recommend creating an account, which gives you additional features.

What are the payment methods?

  • You can pay via credit/debit card in the checkout section.

How do I receive a successful order confirmation?

  • After finalizing the order, you will automatically receive an email confirming the purchase. It contains the order number that you can use to track its status.

How will I receive the products and how much does the delivery cost?

  • We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver our orders. Delivery cost is $6.12 per order. Orders over $150 are free of shipping charges.

Can I cancel the order?

  • You can cancel an order by emailing a request to [email protected] prior it dispatching via courier or afterward.


Can I return a product?

  • According to our “Return Policy”, everyone has the right to return a product within 30 days.

Return policy:

  • In order for the return to be possible, the product must be accompanied by its original packaging, all labels, and (or stickers, a copy/original of the invoice or the receipt; the product has not been used).

How to return a product?

  • Send an email to [email protected], which contains the order number and the products you want to return. You will receive an answer with instructions on how to proceed.

Who pays the return costs?
