Is it necessary to have an account to make a purchase?

  • It’s possible to to make a purchase as a guest, but we recommend to create an account, which gives you additional features

What are the payment methods?

  • There are two possible ways to pay: with credit / debit card in the checkout section or with cash on delivery (available only for deliveries in Bulgaria)

How do I receive a successful order confirmation?

  • After finalizing the order, you will automatically receive an email confirming the purchase. It contains the order number that you can use to track its status.

How will I receive the products and how much does the delivery cost?

  • For Bulgaria: on the day of delivery you will receive an SMS with confirmation, which contains the shipment number, as well as the name and phone number of the courier. Orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the next business day.

Can I return a product?

  • According to our “Return Policy”, everyone has the right to return a product or report a non-conformity within 14 / fourteen / days from the date of receipt.

Return policy:

  • In order for the return to be possible, the product must be accompanied by its original packaging, all labels and / or stickers, a copy / original of the invoice or the receipt; the product has not been used /

How to return a product?
