General Terms

  1. The entrance to the "Hall of Fame - Hristo Stoichkov" is a service for which customers must purchase a ticket unless otherwise provided in the General Terms and Conditions.
  2. When purchasing this ticket, the visitor undertakes to comply with the internal rules.
  3. Ticket prices include value-added tax and are determined unilaterally by the Company depending on various criteria (day of the week, age, public holidays, etc.). Current ticket prices are indicated in a prominent place on the ticket itself, at the box office, as well as on https://8hristo.com/tickets/en/
  4. The ticket is validated only after scanning the QR code at the designated seat. A destroyed or lost ticket cannot be reissued.
  5. After a ticket has been issued, it is not allowed to replace it with a visiting ticket for another day and/or category of visitor, nor to return its monetary equivalent, except in the cases expressly provided for in the general terms and conditions.
  6. To validate their tickets, visitors are required to scan the ticket at the entrance to the Hall of Fame – Hristo Stoichkov, without violating its integrity. They are also required to keep their tickets from the time of purchase until the end of their visit. Hall of Fame - Hristo Stoichkov is not responsible for stolen, lost, destroyed, or damaged tickets and has no obligation to reissue them or refund their value.
  7. The employees of the Hall of Fame - Hristo Stoichkov have the right to deny or terminate access to the site to a person without a scanned ticket, as well as to a person who, upon inspection, presents a torn or otherwise manipulated ticket.
  8. When, for technical reasons, access to the Hall of Fame – Hristo Stoichkov is prevented during working hours and provided that less than two hours have passed since the purchase of the ticket, the customer has the following options: - may request a refund of the price paid for an entry ticket; - the issued entrance ticket can be revalidated for a visit on another day according to the Company's capabilities and the user's desire; To take advantage of his rights under this point, the customer should present to the employees of the Hall of Fame box office - Hristo Stoichkov, a valid entrance ticket, as well as a receipt.
