Return Policy for Delivery outside Bulgaria

1. Each customer has the right to return or exchange an item within 14 / fourteen / days from the date of receipt. Courier costs are at the expense of the customer.
2. Return of an item is allowed in the following cases:
   1. defective item
   2. wrong size
3. To be able to return, the item is required:
   1. The item is in its original state and packaging.
   2. Apparel has the original tags attached.
   3. Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
   4. it must be packed in an envelope of a courier company
   5. on the original packaging of the item – box or envelope, do not stick bills of lading, tape, etc., which would violate the integrity and commercial appearance of the original packaging!!
4. Request for return / exchange of the goods is submitted in writing within 14 days to the address [email protected] , as of the date of receipt of the order. Return and exchange can be done through the contact form located on our website:

   The request must contain:
   1. Order number
   2. the names of the client / account holder,
   3. phone number
   4. IBAN on the customer’s personal bank account, to which the amount paid by the customer for the goods will be refunded. (Upon return)
   5. Name of the courier and bill of lading number used to make the return / exchange.
5. Exchange options:
   1. Exchange for the same item model (different number, color, etc.).
   2. Exchange for another item of the same value or higher (as the customer pays the difference).
6. WHEN EXCHANGING: Please indicate next to the item name on the original goods receipt the number you want the exchange to be completed..
7. Refund via Stripe/bank account will be transferred within 14 days after the receipt of the returned item at the warehouse’s address.
